1. What are cookies?

All cookies we install today are first-party cookies belonging to AGDS. We use no third-party, marketing or advertising-tracking cookies. We classify them in three categories:

Necessary (technical) — essential for the site to function. They are installed without consent. Today we use:

• NEXT_LOCALE — first-party · remembers the language selected by the user · duration: 1 year.
• agds-cookie-consent — first-party · records the user's cookie choice · duration: 12 months.

Analytics — allow us to measure, in an aggregated and anonymous way, how the site is used. They are only installed if you accept them. We currently have no active analytics cookies; if we add Google Analytics or similar in the future, it will be announced here and your choice will be respected.

Marketing — used to show relevant ads on other websites. They are only installed if you accept them. We currently install no marketing cookies.

3. How to manage your preferences

The first time you visit the site a banner appears at the bottom where you can Accept all, Reject all or Customize cookie use. Your choice is stored for 12 months in the technical cookie agds-cookie-consent.

You can change your choice at any time via the «Cookie settings» link in the footer, or by deleting cookies for this domain from your browser (in which case the banner will appear again on your next visit).

If we make substantial changes to the cookies we use we will ask for your consent again even if you had already chosen previously.

4. Browser controls

Additionally, all browsers let you manage and delete cookies from their settings:

• Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
• Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
• Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and stored data.

Disabling technical cookies may prevent the site from working properly. Disabling analytics or marketing cookies does not affect functionality.

5. Updates to this policy

AGDS may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the services offered, the technology used or applicable legislation. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
